Lovely hotel. Clean and modern. Doorman asked if we needed help with our bags. Room had the most amazing panoramic view. We saw a Navy plane fly by, almost felt like it was in the room with us, so cool. Room clean and modern. Nice touches such as water, coffee machine. Toiletries in the bathroom to use such as cotton pads etc. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel good quality. Comfy large bed. Peaceful sleep. Couldn't ask for more.

Fabulous hotel, right next to the ACC arena with waterfront view. Room 840 top floor windows on two sides, waterfall shower, Aircon, hot drinks, sitting area and huge bed. Clean, modern and comfortable. Efficent staff. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. Overall we felt this was excellent value for money.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room comfortable but furnishings and fittings too modern for us. Would have preferred a more traditional and stylish setting. A good view towards the Liverpool Wheel and the Mersey. The only really negative point: the sliding and loose-fitting door between the bedroom and toilet area does not give sufficient privacy whilst using the WC. Also, if one partner has to get up during the night to use the WC, using a sliding door is a disturbance to the other partner. Proper closing doors would be much better. Breakfast was first class. Everything that one could possibly want was available except perhaps salmon with the cold meats would be nice..
