We always choose The Pullman when staying in Liverpool. Great location for M&S Arena and the added bonus of a friendly, helpful staff team.

Stayed for two nights and was impressed with the size of the room and bed. Excellent large TV too. Breakfast a bit hit and miss - a great range of food available but when the hotel is quiet the cooked food is left out and it goes cold and hard. The second day when the hotel was full, the cooked food was much fresher as it was having to be restocked. They would do better to cook to order on quiet days if possible. Parking was easy too - make sure you go the the car park office on the GF when you leave as they give you a discount for staying at the Pullman

Staff were lovely couldn't do more for you. Hotel spotless everywhere. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view of the river Mersey. Facilities excellent.
