I chose the hotel to be near the venue for a concert I attended. It was a great choice. The rooms are very comfortable, beds comfy with several types of pillows to assure comfort. Everyone was kind and helpful - Tarik was especially friendly and helpful restocking supplies for me.

A lovely warm welcome off Jack the concierge as soon as we arrived. Our room was ready for us when we arrived at 1pm. (So, always check with reception if you're earlier than 3pm) We were shown to our room by Jack, who was very funny and informative. A great asset to the hotel! The hotel is literally on The Albert Docks and a 5-10 minute walk from the city, where you'll find Liverpool One with shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel, in our opinion, serves one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. Even though it was a self service buffet, everything was hot, and I mean hot. My husband's main annoyance is cold scrambled eggs, both mornings, the scrambled eggs were piping hot. A great selection of continental and cooked options. We do like a nice strong Espresso in the morning too and the young waitress kindly got us two from the machine as opposed to the pot of coffee given out. Don't forget to get your carpark ticket validated in the office in the multi-storey before you leave as you get discounted car-parking if you're staying in one of the docks hotels. Really convenient, secure parking at the King's Dock Multi-Storey, which is literally 2 minutes walk. One of the friendliest cities we've visited in a long time. We will be back!

Lovely hotel. Clean and modern. Doorman asked if we needed help with our bags. Room had the most amazing panoramic view. We saw a Navy plane fly by, almost felt like it was in the room with us, so cool. Room clean and modern. Nice touches such as water, coffee machine. Toiletries in the bathroom to use such as cotton pads etc. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel good quality. Comfy large bed. Peaceful sleep. Couldn't ask for more.
