Great modern hotel located next to the M & S Bank arena, on the waterfront. Handy for walking to Albert docks or into the City Centre. Easy check in, great rooms and helpful staff. Unable to comment on the food or drinks as didn’t use those facilities.

Glass in room!!

Stayed here before and loved it however this time was horrendous. Shards of glass all over the room which we left a note for the cleaners and the hotel never contacted us!! We would have complained at check out but he did not want to talk to us, he just wanted our room number and for us to go. Didn’t even ask how our stay was. Won’t be staying again.

Comfort hotel on The Docks

I chose the hotel to be near the venue for a concert I attended. It was a great choice. The rooms are very comfortable, beds comfy with several types of pillows to assure comfort. Everyone was kind and helpful - Tarik was especially friendly and helpful restocking supplies for me.

We were warmly welcomed,abd recieved efficient service. We loved the views from our room 840, the facilities in the room, comfortable bed, seating area and hot drinks. TV channels very limited. Lovely breakfast: hot food could be of higher quality and a yoghurt was out of date. More berries please.
