Fullfilled every expectation I had for a top class hotel. Only downfall was that I was told that I would receive the receipt for my stay at your hotel by email and none has arrived.

We are so glad we chose the Pullman for our short stay. Even before we arrived contact with the hotel made us feel really welcome. Every one of the staff presented themselves as great ambassadors for this hotel. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and we could see they really wanted to serve customers very well. It’s a great credit to the menagement team for being able to present this happy and professional face of the Pullman Liverpool to all it’s guests. It made an impact on us because they made us feel really welcome in a town we’d never been to before and so we quickly felt “at home”. For those arriving by car, there's a decent car park next to the hotel and hotel guests get the benefit of a discount there.
